wtk HKS ssqv real vs imitation

Guys, I am wanting to upgrade my BOV to the SSQV.. I am needing to get a universal one, but I am seeing two different prices on the net (genarally). I am seeing ones going for US$160 +shipping (Amazon & Ebay) and also for US$200 (Ebay, Amazon, Streetunit). I am trying to figure why the difference, and should I be aware of imitations?
Thanks.

160-200 is what they sell for. Its the ones that sell for 49.99 you want to stay away from.

Yeah, one has HKS written/stamped in yellow on it and the newer on has fins on it, but there basically the same. I personally like the older one and they can be picked up for pretty cheap too!

Most of the new ones are non adjustable, at least the style with the fins on the side.
