I am selling my Engine only, Engine and car originally owned by my best friend I have been there since the beginning of this build, and now I have owned it for over a year, I bought a new toy so now I want to drop my cash into it. I am keeping the car and surrounding parts for a later build. I have taken great pride in this engine and I hate having to get rid of it, but you cant keep everything. $3800.00 was dropped in the motor not counting buying the motor itself, I additionally spent $2500.00 on other mods outside the engine to get the car up and running-(255 walbro fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel pressure regulator, etc)

Block-
Refurbished and balanced stock crankshaft
ACL race bearings main and rods
86.5mm JE pistons and rings
Eagle H beam rods
Arp rod bolts
Block honed and bored
new freeze plugs
JGY customs oil pump

Head-
Head cleaned and dye penetration tested for cracks
brian crower valves and valve springs stock size
stock valve retainers
new valve guides
stock rocker arms
Cometic 1.1mm head gasket
stock cams worn (need replacement)
ARP head studs
New valve cover gasket
GTIR valve cover

New water pump
new thermostat
Used High temp copper gaskets
new timing chain tensioner
chain was inspected and did not need replacement
Stock 370cc injectors
stock fuel rail
new distributor rotor button and cap
NGK iridium spark plugs
New timing chain tensioner
new oil pressure sensor

Engine has 0 miles I have only used Royal purple 10w-30 oil, K&N oil filter, 93 Octane fuel, when i finally got everything in check I cranked the engine which is tapping due to that the valve shimms were not adjusted to specs, and lifters need to be replaced, which I was going to go with solid lifters.
