Can we pick multiple flags if we want to rep our home country and our country of residence if they're not the same?

No, I think it's fine if people choose to display one flag but have a different location. It makes sense. You are whatever you consider your home country to be.

is there any kind of list that says what country each flag represents? because i dont know what ag, ai, ar, and all those represent.

it's not in the same order as the list above but you can match the flags up at least. For example, ag is Antigua and Barbuda.

I would also argue that you will know your own country's symbol. Thinking of picking the Ivory Coast or perhaps Benin?
