Mossy not responding to emails?

I received an order from Mossy that was missing an item from the invoice. I emailed Greg monday night (after 5:00 admittedly). I still haven't received a response. Is this typical?

I emailed him and it took a few to several days for a response. You will get a faster response in here no doubt.

give the man a call. i order a sh*t load of stuff from greg on the regular. he the go to man. like i said give him a call and straighten things out.

If you are Geo, who has left me voice mails, I have tried to call you back. I'll be in the office tomorrow (Friday). Direct email usually works best.

Sorry, I forgot to get back to this one. I can only guess that Greg's email server must have been blocking my email. I never received a response to the emails I sent, but he replied extremely quickly to the PM I sent from here. It sounds like it was probably just a back-ordered item that didn't show up on the invoice like I would have expected it to. Will order from Greg again, and will probably need to. When I was replacing the spark plugs there was oil on the top of the plugs and on the boots in cylinders 1 and 2. From searching the forum it sounds like I need to order a new valve cover gasket.
