Safe paint strippers for urethane?

I got some Xenon side skirts, decided to do a rattle can paint job. Turned out like sh*t. Now I want to get them sprayed right by a friend with a paint gun. I have been using a flap wheel since all the chemical strippers Ive seen say that they harm plastics. Is there any chemical stripper out there that would be safe to use on my sideskirts?

For the record, Walmart has some bumper cover paint stripper in a can. Its by a company called Bull Dog. It is specially for urethane bumpers. Im going to use that.

You can use oven cleaner... I use it when I screw up a paint job on my models.
