mustang maf??

What's this I hear about a mustang GT mass air sensor being a direct fit with that of a 95 -99 sentra... supposedly it gives it more horse power? If this is for real, will it work on a Ga16 or only on a sr20? can any one help me out or is someone feeding me a line of B.S.?

people use it mainly in turbo cars cause the original MAF sensor can only withstand / measure like 5-6 psi of pressure. so those people running boost need a bigger one
