I'm working on something you guy's (and gals ) will find very interesting. I really don't want to get anybody hopes up, at this point, since it's very much in the early stages. Let's just say there's appears to be some useful products to had for our cars, if I can figure a few things out first.
1. Are all B13 chassis (ie. the Sentra .vs. the NX ) the same? Specifically, the door hinge spacing and inner fender area? (I'm pretty sure that they are, but I need 100% confirmation). Does any one have a good picture of the Sentra inner fender area? Measurements would be great, as well. Here's what the NX door hinge/inner fender looks like:
2. Is the AD Resort, Sunny, and the B13 the same with regards to the front part of the chassis? (ie. the door hinges and inner fender area). Impossible question, I know, but I figured I asked in the hopes...
Ad Resort:
Ad Resort under the hood (looks familar, huh?):
Ad Resort inner fender with fender brace (it appears the hinge bolts are a little lower than the NX's) ...hmmm, did I just give away my secret :

I know almost all 300zx guys say the SPL fender brace makes the front stiffer, even more stiff than a good strut toer bar. This could be a great product for nissan FWD's.

Yes, that's why I'm researching the possibilities.
id be interested in one of these but i dont see how that brace stiffens anything. Sorry cant help on any answers....
It's suppose to lessen vertical movement of the shock tower. Which in turn is suppose to keep the suspension geometery closer to where we intended it to be. Full evaluation is still needed to confirm this, however.
At this point, I'm just trying to figure out if I can use what the company already offers for an evaluation, ie. the AD Resort or B14 pieces for the B13 Sentra/NX. If I can, it's going to save a lot of R&D/prototype hassles. The company is overseas, of course.
if you have time to make digital art, post it here
if you have some graphix , fonts, ideas, that you don't have time to illustrate, post it here
and beeee veeeeerrrry
Stock, as in, does that come on the car from Nissan. I can't remember the name of the company that made them, but there was a thread about them in the racing section.

B14 parts won't work on a B13. The door hinges are different, as in the B13 has the bolt holes on top of each other, and the B14 has them side by side.

I don't know if these are the same. Probably not. If they work, does it matter?

Thanks. I just came back from the j-yard and noticed the same thing. Cross the B14 off as a B13 solution. That leaves the AD Resort as a solution or have them fab up something.

Are those made out of steel or aluminum? Doesnt look like it would be to difficult for someone to fab up.
Steel.
You're right, it doesn't look that difficult. I think the problem is doing it for a price people would be willing to pay. I don't have a finite price, as of yet, but their site lists the B14 braces for around $68 US. + shipping. That's not including any sort of group discount. Name a company or person that's willing to do it for that kinda change.

Hopefully from a forum GB, if all goes well. They currently don't have a USA distributor.
