Yeah I gave him curb weight of 2586 lb for fatter 98 SE-R's... I'll prob do it again to stay consistent. I'll do two 4th gear runs and probably do a 3rd gear one for the last one just for kicks. One cool run, a hot run, and maybe that 3rd gear one. Maybe he will hook me up on a fourth run since I was there like last week

when kent and i went, i know robbie, who helps out alot and ty, and they gave me 5 runs and then offered to do a 1/4 mile run.....i will get you hooked up.

let me find the graph from my spec v, your graph is peaky, mine was flat all the way from 2k to redline.

Today: the ssac w/ 2.5" secondary yielded a 6whp and 7ft-lb gain from my old Hotshot Gen 3 header... All the gains were pretty much across the board from seeing it on the computer screen (with my old runs from earlier)... unfortunately I only have each run printed out by themselves. All runs done in mustang dyno mode... all runs done in 4th gear, blah blah blah

1st run: 154whp 136ft-lb w/ 2.5" SSAC
2nd run: 153whp 135ft-lb in mustang dyno mode...

Old run: 147whp 129ft-lb w/ old Hotshot Gen 3

Ran a simulated 0-60 and a simulated 1/4 mile.

Dyno sheets and videos of all the fun will be posted tomorrow.... The quarter mile vid is fun....

15.04 1/4 mile simulated run...

edit: I'm stoopid w/ my math today... 7whp gain and 7ft-lb gain not 6 and 5

I'm running a HS gen 5 and seriously thinking about going with a SSAC 2.5. I wonder whats the gains over that. If any....

Come on tokes....you can do the "switcheroo" again...right? LOL

Strat, one wish at a time... I just copped me an extra set of b14 wheels to do up!... And I have another pair of 98 headlights again... Can you say winter projects Cams... they are def on the list homie... Yep, I'm back in the refurbish game... I also scored myself a little thing from Injen at the shop for cheap... I'll take some pics if I can get it to fit

Also keep in mind he is correct... I had a pretty old refurbished HS... its outdated, and has seen better days. Don't get me wrong, It's a great header, and I am a big fan of HotShot... but... you just can't beat the price of an SSAC, and now I'm glad that I bought it.

I hope someone will put forth a little dough and test the Gen 5's for comparison; but its not going to be me... lol I can't spend anymore bread on testing, I've gotta eat.
