SR20DET problems with AFM plugged in only

I've transplanted a s13 Blacktop SR20DET into a s13 shell. I've been working on it forever to find the source of the running rich problem I've been having.

Modifications:
Rebuilt 6000 kms ago with forged internals(built for 450hp) no headwork or aftermarket head gasket.
FMIC with metal intake piping and cone filter
T28 of s14
NISMO FPR
Trust Type-S BOV(plugged feed lien so doesnt operate)
Walbro High pressure pump
Air/Oil seperator(catch tank)

Steps I have taken:

TPS voltage is .4v and 4v+ @ WOT

Pressurised intake to .7bar to find leaks

Hydraulic Lash Adjusters were taken out and oiled because they were noisy aafter having motor sit for a year. Did have issues putting it back together because chain wasnt on right in the first place.

WHen AFM is unplugged it runs fine but when its plugged in the idle hunts and can possibly stall, when revved it drops below afterwards. I've repalced ground wiring, sensor wiring and checked supply voltage. I've swapped in a friends AFM and same problem. What sensors are ignored when AFM is unplugged.

Eventually the plugs will foul completely and engine will be unstartable. Ive replaced the plugs and clean them all the time.

Does anyone have the same motor? *** does ur AFM read at idle? I have feeling mine is high at 1.8v.

Thanks for any help.
