Water injection for carbon cleaning?

Would you guys perform this procedure on a SR20? Or if you have done it can you please post your steps to getting it done the right way?

I found this video on youtube:

They sell special chemicals that do this stuff for you at your local Autozone or Advance Auto.. SeaFoam in particular seems to work good.

Be VERY VERY CAREFUL though because Ive heard that you can hydrolock your motor if not done correctly.

Don't do that. At all. Your SR20 is better left well alone.

A lot of old heads do steam cleaning. From what I hear it works great, but I wouldn't recommend it if you have to ask about it.

You don't have to worry for me, I know more about lots of things than you might think. I just wanted your guys opinions on the matter.
