This is what I would do:

Cut those door panels in half.
You dont need the lower part.
Make a nice cut and it will still look good.
Dont just cut it straight across. See if you can create a nice curvy pattern or something.

Grab a dremmel and cutting wheel and just hack away at the little metal tabs and screws that do not do anything.
For example:
SEE those 2 little screw things on the bottm of the pic.
The ones on the left of the shifter.

if you start looking thru your engine bay , you will see where alot of metal brackets can be replaced with zip ties.

YES you do.
If not your car will look like its talking at highway speeds. It will really trip out your friends.

ALSO keep in mind that if you remove the "latch bar" on the hood itself, your hood will be very very wiggly. You will have to take extra special care when you open and close your hood. If not it will FOLD in half. YIKES!!!

Re: Official Weight Reduction Post!!!

At this point why dont you go ahead and hack the whole ass end of it off, instant 300-400 pounds plus loss, instant hatch back! lol jk

I got to hand it to you guys, it takes alot of balls to gut your Sentra as extreme as you guys are doing it, I know I couldnt do it, I wouldnt have the heart.

Re: Official Weight Reduction Post!!!

Whats up gang?

Theres been alot happening in my garage.
NEW LEXAN GLASS and smaller taillights among other things.
I'l have pics up once its completed.
The lexan came from Home Depot. I used the smaller circle shaped truck tailights for tailights.

Why do I do it? Cause I can afford to.
and its fun to take it out to the track. I drive it to work sometimes to give it some mileage.
