That's when I decided to gut it and turn it into a trailer queen. I miss driving it on the open road but it's still gives me a chubby everytime I pull out on the track.

PepBoys. They are radiator close-off caps. They are not as resilient as radiator hose though so if you do use them I'd suggest keeping an eye on them and replacing them every couple years.

Don't use acrylic. As soon as you start drilling holes along the edge it'll break. If it doesn't break when you drill, it'll break when you rivet or bolt it down. I know, I tried it.
i just went to home depot and got some plexi there and cut it with a metal blade for my jigsaw. then i drilled very small holes first then enlarged those holes with a bigger bit spinning backwards in the drill. if you use the "reverse" on the drill while you drill it, will just more or less "burn" through the plexi and not snag the just before you get though it. worked like a charm for me and only spent $30 bux on the rear window and the rear side windows. now all i have to do is cut the door beams out and replace the door windows.

A friend with a rabbit, took out off his rear suspension, and put like a chromolly shaft on it. (I dunno how to explain it on english, but he put a tube from one wheel to the another one, like supermarkets cars).

He said he saves a lot of weight, is this a good ideA?

rabbits have a solid rear axle, where as sentras have independent rear suspension. the likelyhood that this would work for a sentra is slim to none. i suppose anything is possible but i would personally find other ways to shave weight.

exactly... You would be better off under the car scraping all the mud and sh*t on your under carriage while your down there looking at the axles...

I noticed theres no mention of how heavy the headliner is. I just removed mine and it was 5 lbs with the headliner and the 3 o-sh*t handles.

b14s have a solid rear axle, as do the b15s. It still seems like a bad idea.

i was replacing my atenna, and noticed a metric sh*t ton of mud, leaves, pinestraw etc caked in the frame, i guess. it was right there next to the wheel well, sortof by the sideskirts, but anyway, there was about 6-8 lbs of dirt from both sides.

yeah, it gets really bad between the fender, chassis, and splashguard. I have cleaned several lbs of sh*t out of there before.

So when making a less than 2000 lb sentra, should I start with an E model or SE-R?? I know the SE-R is heavier but the E model doesnt have the crossmember and other things needed to take a SR20VE
