Order will not process?

I entered the debit card and it did not work. I then tried a credit card and it did not work. I got some message that said "NOT authorized" or something like that. Is there something wrong with the site? I am trying to order a Heavy Duty PP, TOB, and alignment tool.

Any help is appreciated!

Nothing is wrong with the website, the guidelines are a bit strict, make sure its not an international card, make sure the shipping address is the same as the billing address.

I don't know what the hell I am doing wrong. When I ordered my clutch a little while ago I had no issues. Now I am getting:

Credit Card Not Authorized!
Message: Sorry, your credit card was NOT authorized. Please check and verify if you entered the correct credit card number and type. Also, verify if you entered the correct expiration date.

System Message: This transaction has been declined.

Code: 2

IDK what to do.

this just happened to me as well so therefor i will order mine over the phone

I won't be able to process the order over the phone any differently, I'd still need to go on the website and input all your info, its the way its set up

Placed an order tonight. You cannot put spaces in between the credit card number. I didn't and it worked fine now. Can't wait for my new part. I wish they still had the special for Prothanes. No special discount for forum members?

Create a log in, and log in, Prothanes will be a little cheaper
