Hotshot Cold Air Intake and Header Group Buy...

I was able to workout a deal with Hotshot to get a 10% discount on any of their merchandise as long as we can get 24 units sold. In other words, if we sell, lets say, 12 headers, and 12 cold air intakes, then we can make this happen. The number of headers and cold air intakes can vary, but as long as we meet the 24 quota, then everything will be set.

The prices are as follows:

$411.30 = Hotshot Gen 5 Header (Regularly $457.00)
$202.50 = Hotshot Gen 6 Stainless Steel Cold Air Intake (Regularly $225.00)

I was told by Hotshot that they will soon be discontinuing their Stainless Steel Cold Air Intakes by the end of April of 2005.

Shipping will be $34.00 for each item, but I will check with them about combining shipping.

All payments will be made to Hotshot, and I will post their paypal address at the end of the Group Buy.

I would like to end this Group Buy by May 21, 2005. If there is still enough interest after that date, then I will open up this Group Buy again!

Sorry Everyone. I was talking to Hotshot today about some shipping quotes, and they told me they could not include the Gen 6 Header in the Group Buy anymore. (I am guessing for some security reasons, because they were telling me they need each individual buyer's info before selling).

Come on it can't be that hard for us to be able to provide them with all the info they need and still have it included in the GB?! What if we get them that info and do it through them but 'include' it in the GB just in name and money?

I tried explaining that to them, that each order will be made directly to them, so they could gather all the info they need, but then they told me regardless they would not offer a discount on the Gen 6 Header.

I already tried getting a better deal, but they will not budge, so I think I am going to close this thread since there is not much interest now anyways.
