GB: Custom Steel Fuel Rails (SR20/KA24)...$100

Im running a group buy on new FTF rail...which is now, thru some cool negotiations, Custom Steel has the exclusive on. That being said, it is now gonna become the Custom Steel fuel rail. It has developed from a strict FWD SR20 rail into a RWD SR20 and RWD KA24 fuel rail for top feed injectors.

Currently I have 4 rails with the FTF logo on them, the rest will have the Custom Steel logo on them.

Made with some of the best fuel rail stock on the planet, and machined to some redicilous tolerances, here are the highlights. Comes with all hardware, including fittings and brackets for $95 plus shiping ($5 US, $9 International) This is a special one time price and we will need 10 people to get this group buy going.

FPR adapters for the stock and nismo fuel pressure regulators are available for an extra $15. These are seperate items and you will have to run hose to this, it is not an intgreal part of the rail. Fittings for the FPR adapter will include: -6an oring boss fitting, 5/16 (8mm) barbed hose fitting, and plug, you will use the existing FPR and hardware to mount the FPR to this adapter.

I am taking payments in full or 1/2 down deposits and the remainder before it ships out. Deadline for this group buy will be July 29th, 2005.

Fittings include: -6an oring boss fittings for each end of the rail, fuel injector clips, 5/16 (8mm) barbed hose fittings, fuel rail brackets, and hardware to mount the rail to the brackets, You will use the existing hardware from your rail to mount this one to the intake manifold.

FPR adapter, fits stock and Nismo units. Will come with a different plug.

So what do I need to do? Simple, to get in on the group buy, simply chime in here and then you start the process by clicking on one of the following...and follow thru with the check out sequence. All major credit cards and paypal accepted.

To add on the adapter, just click on the link for the rail and click on the link for the FPR adapter, the second window that opens will have both items on there.

Rails will be started once 10 people have comitted and either put down a deposit or paid in full, or on July 29th, which ever comes first. From that point it will take about two weeks to get the rails in the mail.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask, ill answer them in a timely fashion. I am running this GB on several different forums to help attain the quantity required for this.

Best Regards,
P@

Might jump in for a Custom Steel designed/logo'd rail. About how long is an estimated time on the CS Rail once 10 people get involved? Never been in on a Group Buy, and I know it takes time. Just curious as to when you will actually start producing them.

Normally about two weeks from when the GB is finalized until I get the rails out the door. The only real time I account for is the material getting to me, and that takes about a week from the day I order it, then I give another week for me to make them. Once thats done they are out the door.

There is a LOT more machining envolved (clearence issues, injector issues), not to mention super trick brackets. In addition to the injector that will be run is considered for the design. The GTiR rail is definatley not a mass produced item, they will be one offs for those that can appreciate the amount of work that goes into them and they will fit perfectly without any modifications needed.

I cant say for certain it will work, I dont have a VE manifold to test fit on. Every rail Ive worked on the mounting locations are always different for each intake manfold configuration. If you can source me an intake ill build a rail to fit it.
