International or Overseas shipping

Gentlemen -

After discussing the solution with Chris Scarpulla, and getting his stamp of approval. From this day forward, here is the ONLY way we will do ANY International or Overseas shipping -

I have arranged with a local Pak Mail franchise,

Pak Mail US193
6435 W. Jefferson Blvd.
Fort Wayne, IN 46804
(260-432-8718)
Mike Newton; Owner

to handle any International or Overseas shipping.

Shipping Quote:
Please forward your COMPLETE International or Overseas shipping address to Chris Scarpulla. I will then facilitate with the local Pak Mail franchise getting you a quote. Chris, Jill or I will forward the quote back to you. No need to call the Pak Mail franchise yourself. That is, unless you want to pay MORE for the service I have already arranged.

Credit Card and Liability:
It has been determined USPS will be used for shipping, as it is the most cost effective. A Credit Card is the ONLY form of payment acceptable for shipping payment. The local Pak Mail franchise will then assume any and all mandated International shipping laws relating to, legal recourse liability recovering on any unpaid balance charges referencing any and all unpaid CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, VAT or other like and kind charges. Thus charging your CC accordingly, at ANY time, if these charges appear at a later date on their monthly statement. Your CC # will be kept on file with the local Pak Mail franchise, as to cover these charges.

If the above is not stated clearly, or you do not understand the wording, please e-mail me direct at RCCRIST11@COMCAST.NET. I will edit my posting if necessary.

Now then, all of you International or Overseas guys have no excuses ………… Lets ROLL !!!!!

Sincerely,

Rick Crist

Same here.. I got a fat bill for some STOCK springs/struts I sent to Canada, it arrived about 2 months after I shipped them too. Luckily the recipient stepped up and handled it.

Apparrantly FedEx will send out one bill to the receiver, and if they don't get paid then they come hunting the sender from then on!

Put me in for 4 Sets, as you guys know i am here in the Philippines with no choice so i am keeping myself busy and set up a Shop for Nissan's, parts, accessories and tuning since the Nissan guys here are so in need for high perf parts www.NissanBayan.com

i will be using 2 sets for our race car, which we are setting up to compete in the PNTCC (Philippine National Touring Car Championship) and 2 sets to be sold to privateers.

Rick, i will confer with my partners about the total including shipping to a U.S address in the East Coast NY area, as one of my partners wife who works for Johnny air cargo can get us a sweet deal on shipping, they will take care of the shipping from the U.S to us here in the Philippines

list of Johnny Air Cargo Offices

Johnny Air Cargo
Queens, NY
69-04 Roosevelt Ave.,
(bet. 69th and 70th sts.)
Woodside, NY 11377
(718) 672 7080

Hillside, NY
181-12A Hillside Ave.,
Jamaica, NY 11432
(718) 523 7080
(718) 523 7088

on an unrelated matter, some of you might be wondering: i should be back stateside by late next year, as the NVC (National Visa Center) in NH wants me to do fingerprinting at the U.S embassy in manila, then its just a matter of waiting when i get my visa to return back home in the Good ol' USA

Funny thing is when my wife went back to SoCal for the interview with U.S Immigration, they where looking for me, they looked surprised when my wife told them Dept. Of Homeland Security deported me back to the Phillippines.
Seems like the U.S agencies are not crossreferencing info between agencies...OOPS! just venting

Rick and Chris, thank you for getting this deal on this Excellent product going again, and the service that you are doing for the forums, Much Love

Hey Tevs glad to hear you're keeping spirits up. I read all your messages when I was subscribed to the SoCal list, so it's good to hear you're doing ok. Check your PM's, I've got something for you.

Same here. I shipped a used tire to Canada via FedEx and got banged for it a few months later because the recipient didn't pay the international charges.
