ETA for B13 springs is 3 weeks. They have been sent out to shot peening and powder coating today!

I know, But its alright. The reason I introduced the RMs in the first place was so people had some variety when they wanted springs that were not total garbage.
We have enough paid orders for both B13 and B14 though to place them, so it is not an issue anymore. I might just have to sit on some sets until they sell.
I still don't understand what the hype is about the Hyperco springs, comparing them to the RM springs. Aren't these both the best for our chassis? Except that one's quite a bit cheaper?

Just curious
Well, Hyperco has a long standing history in the industry. I believe the Gen II springs were designed in conjunction with Mike Kojima or Mike Young (nissanperformancemagazine.com in case the names are foreign) in order to fit the B13/14 chassis and offer the level of performance they do.
I do agree that there need to be more options for good quality aftermarket products. Especially if they're not cheap garbage made in Taiwan or China.
Additionally, the Road Magnets offered us the ability to design a spring with the specs that WE wanted. Granted we started with the specs of the acclaimed Hyperco Gen II springs and "massaged" them from there.
There seem to be a few slight production differences between Hyperco and Road Magnet, but in the end, I believe we'll have just as high a quality product as Hyperco does. Nothing against them. They're a proven product, but one I can't afford.
^good summary. RM is an up and coming company. They have been working hard to make a name for themselves, and With the quality of their products coupled with the price we can get them for, I think they will have no problem at all. People just need to be willing to give them a shot. I don't see why people are so hesitant though, given the success of the first run of RM springs. There was not one bad review out of 25 sets sold.
Oh well. In a few weeks the second run of B13 springs will be shipping out,
a week or so after that the first run of B14 springs.
Hopefully getting some more positive reviews out there will help things pick up.

Still nice to see that there are more than just a couple options for our chassis, given the fact that we have piss poor chassis design (B14 moreso than B13, IIRC)

They're in. They didnt require a spring compressor to install them which was quite nice. All went smoothly.
Twas too dark to get good shots but i will get them asap. I just got back from the first drive and i'm very impressed. The front tires stick very well and the understeer is minimal. I havent given it much of a shakedown yet, but that will be coming shortly.
Here's what i got for ya.
More to come... i have a calculus final tomorrow, so ill be cramming tonight and tomorrow, but after that the semester is DONE! More time to focus on the ride.

Thanks Rob.
Do you suppose that if we can prove that there is a market for these springs, that RoadMagnet may make these a regular product in their catalog that can be purchased directly? Your first round of B13 springs sold like hotcakes, and the next round probably will go just as quick. I've no doubt that the B14s won't do the same. That's got to say something for the product. At the very least, the interest in the product.
I feel the main issue we have is, that good companies like Hyperco are shooting themselves in the foot, because they only make their products for our chassis for group-buys. Hopefully if RoadMagnet finds that these products are accepted within the community, and there's a market for them, that they'd be willing to make them a regular product.
