Yeah, what he said.
One reason I did some research before looking at the Tien springs. I almost made the same mistake.

Just reading Lucino's reviews makes me more anxious than before about getting these springs. That and makes me realize I may want to get some strut tower bars. Maybe upgrade the stock sway bars also.

Great writeups on all of the above Lucino. Hope your track time went well.

Now all you sukkas get off the forums and take your Mom's out to lunch. Gotta give mine a call. Happy Mother's day.

Now that its had some time to settle,

Measuring from the wheel arch to the center caps:

Front:

Rear:

I left the ziptie on the rear left strut and have yet to get it beyond the upper third of the shaft. Struts have stayed on 2/f 4/r. I like having the security of knowing that it would take a catastrophic hit to bottom out.

forgive my n00bness, but why is the distance from arch to center cap important?

its a more accurate way of measuring the drop of the car relative to the wheels.

The distance from arch to hub is a fixed distance that is only changed by the addition of the Road Magnet springs.

If i had measured from the arch to the floor, it wouldnt be a universal number that people could expect to replicate when installing the RM's, since people have different sized rims and tire sidewalls.

Nope. Just ebay strut tower bars and Road magnet springs. The ebay bars were on the car for both vids.

Progress rear bar is on the way.

Progress rear sway made a HUGE difference on my B14 (base model like yours) in conjunction with a stock B13 FSB. I still roll a little more AutoX'ing than your car does with just the springs though, very impressive!

Until the list of people on post #1 has 25 paid persons, there are spots open. What is your zip code and I will get you a price shipped.

I take it you are happy with the handling .

When I took my 200 for a spin after first getting it back, I was very impressed as well.

wow excellent difference!

Man, Fun auto-xing but I'm glad we have 4 parking lots at a baseball stadium we roll through instead of laps, usually 4 cars going at once!

Yeah lots of body roll on factory springs!
