Hopefully they will come through in a timely fashion.
Damn. That sucks, but things happen. I can be patient.

Hey, at least you don't have stacks of boxes of springs laying around your place taking up space. If you did, it'd look like my house. Got a stack of shocks and wheels sitting in the dining room. Good thing my girlfriend is into cars otherwise I'd be in trouble.

So they have to start over and work double time and are hoping to have us our springs within 3 weeks.

Sorry about the wait guys.
To be honest I'm not too disappointed. I'd rather they take their time to produce a quality product, than just say "Eh it's good enough" and ship us a bunch of duds. Just goes to prove their attention to quality and detail is above and beyond what other makers out there have. Besides, this would be their first production run of these B14's, I'm sure the B13's had their 'problems' on their first run too. Just because the prototype came out fine, doesn't mean they'll be the same after you start mass-producing them.

Good thing I'm not in a rush. Just need them before mid July.

Well said - of course everyone would love them ASAP, but I'm happier knowing that we're getting a quality product.

LOL! I've got half a garage full of parts for the B14 build project. My wife has already threatened to start selling stuff if I don't quit buying "crap"

Nah, I know she just messes around. I have stuff to buy for a house now, so I stopped buying things for the car. I think it's going to take me more than a few weeks to put everything together anyway.

These springs are not only THAT good, they are one of only TWO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED full springs, for our poorly designed suspension on our B13/14's.

Sorry for the mad delay.

Round 1 springs finally on my car, thing is aligned, springs totally rock. Car has a badass stance now and handles quite well.

I have them on AGX struts with Koni bumpstops cut to 40mm, with eBay FSTB, Active Tuning RSTB and I added a Whiteline rear sway to the mix. Stiff and bumpy on Montreal streets but not bad, and definitely not bouncy like them slammed civics rollin on ebay springs...

...highspeed lane changes are solid. Havent cornered hard yet because my battery tray in the trunk isnt welded on yet (bungee cords FTW!...not).

And havent driven in a few days *** I spruing a coolant leak in the no-mans-land of my intake mani to head connection,,,but thats another story, jack.

BIG UP AND THANKS TO ROB FOR SETTING UP THESE GB - AND especially for flowing me a 5th spring when one of mine mysteriously vanished in customs. BUY THE SPRINGS YOU WILL BE HAPPY.

- D

PS And I'd agree that the 1.25 front drop for round 2 is a good idea...but still am happy with the drop I have now. I havent bottomed the fronts out yet on any of the awful bumps we have all over (and its BAD here - if you havent driven here yet, you just dont know!)

Enjoy the vacation Rob. I need one BAD myself. Getting to the cracking point at work. And I won't get to go on vacation until September.

Hope we hear something when you get back.

^PM sent.

Updates:
B13 springs are back from powdercoating and shotpeening, and are being boxed up and prepped for shipping over the next couple days! The wait is finally over.

B14: I was told that ETA till they are back in Bmore and we can get them ready to ship is about 2 weeks. They are on their way to the place that shotpeens and powdercoats them.
