lol u blew up a tranny, so what do i all need to get a turbo in my car and up and running, about how long to install it? eyah how do i get to the classifieds, i think i was there once, but it didnt have a lot of turbo stuff there, and then i couldnt find the place to puchase the turbo kit i did see.
just installed nathan2284s "road magnet" springs. they were very easy to work with and had no problems with them at all. installed then with agx's and the ride is amazing. they are not stiff at all. they are perfect daily driver springs and more then enough for weekend events. the spring rate and ride height is amazing. good job guys. i like the color too.
Alright. Here's the before picture, you can see how low my car was. Front and back were slightly tucking, which i hated and had nothing to do with. It had Tokiko Blue's on the front, stock struts on the back and cut stock springs all around. I had a broken axel, no bump stops, and all my strut mounts are blown. This car was seriously abused. Anyway, here's the before picture:
And here is the speed-bump master: Adios to bottoming out!
I've got a two finger gap front and back, but the springs haven't settled yet so slightly less in the next few days i'm expecting. It drives AMAZING.
Still on schedule
Springs should be back in b-more by the middle of next week and ready to get out to you guys! This weekend I will be PMing everyone to verify that I have shipping addresses correct.
Got my B13 springs today, wow, Fast shipping. Paid on monday @ 5pm got springs today(wednesday).
Looks like a good product.
Can't wait to combine with some Konis/AGX's, lightweight wheels and some RT615's.
Vlad.
Yes, they would be nice, especially after the setup. I hope to get some nice auto-x numbers put in after this is all said and done... but I would like to get a cusuco FSTB also
I'm kind of fuzzy on the installation. Is it very difficult to do on your own for somebody who's never done that kind of job before? Spring compressor not a big deal, I can get that from Autozone or whatever, and read through the procedure in my Haynes/Chilton's/FSM's, and it looks pretty easy.
