Damn insurance companies....
Why is this guys name still on the list? He asked to be "out" of the group buy long before we had 25 people... weird.

I'm down with a set of b13's, but will these good enough to justifiy the wait, and cost instead of just getting road magnets right now

Justify the wait?

Read this. Part 2: SR20forum specific springs. Hyperco vs Road Magnet springs.

Thanks again Shawn.

ok so the hyperco are progressive which should give a more comfortable ride...

my car has solid motor mounts, a stiff clutch, short shifter with poly bushings, and no a/c or power steering so road magnets should be fine for my needs. besides I'm in a hurry this new car I bought with its worn struts feels less like a car, and more like a power boat

As far as I know, the springs are identical. Also, as far as this group buy goes, I believe once we get enough, everyones orders are going in, B13 and B14. That's how I read it anyway. Maybe someone can correct me. But I don't think the wait will be as long as you think.

from what i read, i thought we need 25 b14 people paid to get them. i think the b13 guys are almost done but we need like 20 or something more for the b14. correct me if im wrong

I believe this is a go for both since both the b13 and b14 people are expected to make their payment so chris can order them.

My understanding is that they are making a "hybrid" spring that is in the middle of the B13 and B14 specs. One spring that will go on either car with similar excellent results. Right?

That's for the front only. Rear springs are completely different between the B13 & B14.

Sorry I havent gotten back to anyone thats PM'd me about this, Ive been going through trying to get my house out of forcloser, which basically as been my personal hell for the last few weeks.

Maybe some other time I can get some hypercos, or hell maybe even if some extra sets are made I might buy some. But for one I cant.

Thanks again! hope you guys get this going soon

What can we do to move this along?

Do we need more buyers, or do we just need the people who've committed to pay up?

I wonder if we put up some buy-it-now auctions on eBay, if that could sell enough to get this ball rolling... Yah, that's probably more work than it's worth.

Never mind the fact that it would be competing with $40 coilovers... I think it would be better if one of our supporters ponyied up and bought some to re-sell.

It looks that way, I would still send him a PM. Just make sure to tell him your application (B13-B14) and your forum name.
