I have told you what happen a lonnnnnng time ago and you take your time replying and solve this problem.....
Also you just sent it (the ballast) according to USPS which was dated 5-13-08 and when did I pm'ed you about this situation, Jay....I have been patient for more than a month now so I have a right to be a mad. Also from this time on, I will post here and maybe pm you also.

my supplier takes care of all shipping for me so I dont have to worry about meeting deadlines and such ... If you look at the the place It was shipped from says MD , Im in california ... The reason I commented to your post Is because It could have been a day or two before seeing this , I always check pm's first ... make sure you install everything correctly please ... asfar as warranty from now on goes thru the manufacture also ...

I really think you should verify with your supplier if this has been shipped out or not since this ordeal with me is getting out of hand and taking too long.

Jay, check your supplier if it has been sent out....I just checked your tracking number you posted and it said delivered at MD. I am not at MD so did you send it to the wrong address???
I pm'ed you my address last week or so. This is getting ridiculously long in getting a replacement unit. SO WHAT IS GOING ON JAY!!!???
