Here's the update as of tonight: Took the 2 pairs of completed CF sides to the shop for one more cosmetic correction. Helped in getting the 2 pairs of fiberglass sides fully trimmed and prepped for primer. Final corrections to be made tomorrow to ensure these 4 pairs of skirts are PERFECT!!!

There are 2 pairs of CF skirts that are not cosmetically up to par that can not be corrected without damaging the CF itself. Other than discarding these skirts that are only cosmetically displeasing CF wise, I have opted to prime these skirts and offer them up as 2 pair of light weight skirts for those that don't care about having the CF look and take advantage of the weight savings. They are $300 plus shipping, PM me addresses for detailed shipping cost. Here's the order of what I have so far:

blusteelsr20: 1st Pair of CF skirts to be PERFECT tomorrow
MR-4-Door-SR20DET: 2nd Pair of CF skirts to be PERFECT tomorrow
Jimithin7000: 3rd Pair cosmetically displeasing - NEW SIDES TO BE MADE.
Mr.sentraSpecV: 4th Pair cosmetically displeasing - NEW SIDES TO BE MADE.
DETSE-R & Dudeman258: Fiberglass skirts to be PERFECT tomorrow

All other CF sides are still to be made.

I know you are on the list bud but be aware that all CF goes in order of paid and I currently have 2 pairs that are approved for shipment. There are 7 more to be made and you are number 7 of that grouping, I will update each time one is completely sent out. My travels have been extremely limited lately as I lent my sentra to someone who blew the motor up, however I am aware this is my problem so am making as much effort as possible to make the trips some other way until my daily is fixed. Please be patient as I'm ensuring no part has to come back for blemishes or imperfections...thanks again.

^Just a little? You have a ton of post in this thread. b13sr20BB had a situation with his car that is more important than me getting some side skirts at the moment. We can all wait a little longer until he gets straightened out with that.

I'm back up and running as of last night at 8pm. I had to end up getting another VVL motor that a close friend came through on. I do however need a new SSAC Primary to Secondary Header Gasket, the old one fell apart on me, so if anyone has that laying around that can part with it, it'd be greater served as a gas milage saver for me. As for my motor, the head is trashed, I know some of the valves are done, and chambers 1 and 3 have chucks on top of the pistons. Here's a pic of spark plug #1...barely got it out...

Anyway, I'm gonna pass by after work today to pick up where I left off as the 2 CF and 2 FG had been at the shop to enforce the corrections I asked for. Again, my apologies for hold this up and thank you all for your understanding.

I'm gonna tear into the carnage 50% today, got the old motor on the engine stand and gonna pull the head off and so on...the other 50% percent is devoted to the pieces I have in my dining room. CF skirt pair #1 and #2.

Also, on a side note to this thread......I've got the first two pair of CF sides on my dining room table away from any possible chance of blemish ready to be boxed and shipped. They are beautiful!!! Will be getting that done today as well but not 100% sure the FED-EX drop off location I'm using is open today. I will let you guys know if they've shipped today or in the next couple days.

Just want to say, once again, that I appreciate all the patience you have all had with me on this. I've learned through hosting this GB how to better manage a project of this nature. Custom parts do take time but in the interest of the members here, I will definately manage this differently next time around. I have kept on this as much as I can and through my primary job have not had a true day off since February 27th. 7 day work weeks suck but are ok on every other Friday.

Pm answered and picture updates are on page 1...I should have the two fiberglass skirts shipped out by Wednesday for the latest. Been working 7 day work weeks the past few weeks which has allowed slow progress in the way of the GB...but I was able to get a little done today.

As of right now the adhesive has been applied to the rubber on both pair of fiberglass skirts to help protect paint finish when installed. About to package them up and get them ready for shipment...on track as promised to ship out tomorrow night when I am home from work. My thanks once again to you all.

For everyone's knowledge. The 4 GB'ers that have gotten their skirts thus far are satisfied with the product. This long ordeal has produced excellent results in my opinion and has me convinced to use this shop for future endeavours.

I will be stopping by in a day or so to get pictures of the two pairs of CF sides that were unsuccessful by my standards as well as one Fiberglass pair that was used to make the mold he now uses to produce all sides. I'm doing this to at least not waste them based on a fact the 2 pair of CF are smooth, but just have some cosmetic blemishes. The one fiberglass pair is thicker, more rigid than the one's produced and thus is a slight bit heavier than the 2 pair shipped previously.

I also will be putting up pictures in the next day or so in regards to what was used to mount and secure the skirts as well as my best opinionated way to install your skirt with no fear of damage. These skirts were made to stay on and don't simply slide into place. They are flexible and this is helpful with the install. You will know what I mean once you see the pictures. I will post this on a separate thread.

Guys still waiting, I'm still working on these and will not stop until we have the remaining pairs perfected and will update as we progress.
