Stillen Battery Brace for Nissans Only

Try to see how much interest people would have in getting a buy together? I already talked to Stillen once but they want to see how many people would want this?
heres a pic

How does it mount? Do you just run long bolts or threaded rod thru the battery tray?

The pic doesn't show the lower mounting. Where does the tie down mount? Is it to the battery tray? If so, there is no bolt hole in the rear location for the tie down to be in it's shown position. This the question I'm asking.

go look at your battery...it looks to be a replacement for the top piece is all...an engine dress up piece...btw you need to look at your battery to understand what this is...judging by your question it sounds like youve never looked at it...no offense but IMO if you have seen it you would understand

I've just finished installing a Turbo and you think I don't know what my battery looks like! There is a lip the runs the back of the tray for the edge of the battery to slip under. The is a metal sping clip in the front that the bolt goes thru to hold the battery firm agains the back. Now I just described this off the top of my head.

blairellis,

Sorry about the above reply but I was very frustrated at the time I read your post and you just added fuel to the fire.

I'd be interested, as long as the price was small. $40 for that thing is too much. Let us know what the price might be.

Have you tried posting this on other boards? It will fit pretty much all Nissans. A lot of people will get in on this. Try www.nissanforums.com
