This is from the guy I'm doing the GB through. This was on one of his Ebay sales of the Plug.
"The plug itself is machined from high quality steel and then a 'super magnet' affixed which is so strong that it actually acts as a very effective filter, pulling iron and steel wear compoments from the oil, reducing oil loading and oxididation rates. Plus, if something is going wrong in the engine, your drain plug will give you early warning! Transorms oil changes into engine wear evaluation! A must for banshee owners!" why let your motors clutch self destruct from metal shavings and contaminents being carried all over the inside of your high dollar expensive motor!!! This plug has a magnet on the tip end to collect and keep out of harms way all metal shavings/chips/powder created by the clutch and gears sets. This is the correct thread pitch and size plug that is just the right lenght to extend up into the oil and case compartment without interfering with any other moving parts. comes complete with a gasket and pre wrapped with teflon tape(as to make sure there are no leaks .the amount this magnet can and will collect in even just an hour or two of driving will amaze u."

I might be interested, but why would you need a gasket on a drain plug?

IMHO the gasket/washer doesn't need replacing. 200K miles, I did all the oil changes at 3K, never replaced the gasket/washer, no drips either. At 200K, I replaced the oil pan, 30K later, same gasket/washer no drips.
