My motor was probably one of the dirtiest ones on the outside that would have turned many away, but once I saw the insides (under the VC, in the lower oil pan), it was clear that this thing is clean where it counts.

oh sh*t! I saw your motor before you even got it... it accidently was shipped to my house first and i was like..."hell no! where in the hell is the turbo!"...turned out it was suppose to go to utah...it was a tease though... it was great when i got my couple of weeks later with the turbo... that was a clean motor when is saw it
^^The outside looks great but the inside if messed. There is/was water in the whole engine
Are you talking about the sparkplug holes? If so, mine had a bit of water in it, didn't affect anything... the W11 I got is running great. Just got the car aligned today and have been going out for test drives to make sure everything is OK for the HPDE tomorrow

I am talking about #1 sparkplug hole almost FULL of water, #2 pretty full, brown sludge/oil/water on the sparkplugs, water in the head, water in the oil pan.
My U12 Blue bird looked a little rough around the outside but once i popped the vavle cover and saw no oil staining i was happy as can be. I mean this this is barely slightly gold. None of that bronze color at all...
