Repair Day plus Teins!!!

Well did some much needed and very required repairs yesterday. Busted P/S hose, busted rack boots, worn out tie rod ends. And today i got to put on my Tein SS. I had more detailed pics but I think the memory card ate them.

Tein Front vs Stock rear at full droop.

Tein Front and Rear full droop.

New hotness vs old and busted

Rear installed

Front Installed

At the initial settings they(Teins) were about the same ride height as the Eibach sportlines. It measured 12.25"(F)12"(R) from wheel center to fender lip. I raised the ride height to 12.75"(F)12.5"(R) to give me a little extra clearance. I have the standard 8k/6k springs rates, which are stiff but not harsh at all IMO. I also added Carbotech 08's pads last week, so I'm in the process of learning my car all over again...............I love it. New stuff for an old girl!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, had it rebuilt and sold it to a guy in Canada. I started working at a performance shop about that time. Being around 400-500 whp FWD Honduhs kinda makes this Nissan guy want to represent. Plans are at LEAST a GT30R maybe a 35R, we shall see.

very nice step up from before. Its so damn tempting though to slam your car all the way with coilovers. I know when i swtiched from sportlines on my 240 to full coilovers, i slammed my car all the way. Nothing like fully adjustable coilovers taht have same suspension travel at any ride hieght (ground clearance is a diff issue >_< )

I have yet to see any kind of review on the teins for the B13. I wonder how they compare to progress.

Looking good. Those Falken Ziex 512s? Your car might respond well to something with a stiffer sidewall.
