My NX2000...

hi all..

Well i am a new NX owner and loving it, I am new to modding cars so please bear with me.
i have owned this NX2000 for a couple of months now and its mostly stock but i have started,
i live in Ottawa Canada so finding after market parts for this car is hard

i just put on 17" B.S.A chromes , a Nismo intake that sounds great,
polished the valve cover, replaced the stock foglights, put in a A-piller gauge pods, tinted windows, colored the interior trim white, lowered the shifter 8",
got coilovers and droped the car like 2",replaced old exhaust system, i made custom clear signal light lenses look exactly like factory, and made a custom hood with a pakfeifer scoopand repainted and touched up thee exterior a little....i think thats all till now..

i plan on getting a full bodykit for it....
plan on doing a full custom fiberglass interior and after the bodykit is on a custom paint job.
and by next summer hope to have a GTIR SR20DET conversion so to get atleast 300hp at the wheels....
i hope for it to serve as a promo car for my website.

I like the white/black contrast on the outside of the car...minus the hood vent. The interior...I do not like, it has too much color.

Holy crap man, where's your shifter? Either you're real short, got long arms, or don't mind having to reach way down to shift

Looks pretty nice on the outside. Whats that on the front bumper? Some kind of splitter? I'm sorry but I have to agree with everyone on the white. That shifter looks pretty badass.

I like the hood, but that's about it.

I go to school in Ottawa as well, parts are not that hard to find, you jsut have to know where to look. This forum is a great place to start

I would warn against putting a GTIR motor in that car, it makes good power, but parts can be hard to find, and there really isnt anything wrong with turbocharging the DE that's in there if it's in good shape.
