Thanks for the kind words. For those who are wondering, this was my procedure: Washed with Meguiers NXT car wash, Polished with Menzerna Polish very light cut with a random orbital buffer (porter cable) on speed 5, washed again with NXT car shampoo, sealed with Zaino, topped with Turtle Wax Platinum Ultra Gloss carnauba wax, followed by a coat of Meguier's #16 carnauba.
I must say I too was impressed with the results. I really love Meg's #16...I wish they would not have discontinued it...it is one of the finest waxes I have ever used.

That is all I have for now. Engine mods are limited to an OBX header, 3 inch exhaust, JWT ecu, and a JWT popcharger.

Too bad I have to sock it away for winter. Ohio road salt does a number to many of fine cars; fortunatly, mine will not be one of them! I will be dieing to pull it out in the spring for sure. My winter ride is a 89 maxima SE...definitly a work in progress. Thanks for the ups, mate.

It has been repainted...twice. Some of you may remember my escapade with the first painter and the 7 page thread about the racing stripes...horrible. I immidiately took it to a well known painter in the area to completely rework it. The car is now 100% rust free and a real gem. I guess the old saying holds true...you do get what you pay for...even if you pay for it twice
