I'd prolly go with the front mounts due to alignment issues. You'll notice the insides of your tires going in a few thousand miles
Tiens do a great job with ride height. They looked awesome on my friend's 98SE.
You do not need the mounts. I have run 3+ degrees on 15 inch wheels with no major issues. 17's would make it worse. He probably has about 2-2.5 with that height. I always recommend about 1 inch above what TEIN suggests for that setup. Looks nice but still looks lower then I would have thought for 1 inch above the TEIN specs.

Edit: Thats probably the 17's fooling me a bit.
98sr20ve: I try to get my alignment done, but the place said they can only use the stock ride height data from their computer. They can't align my lowered car. Do you know how can I get the alignment done properly?

Go to a different shop. Look for a place that has a lot of lowered cars parked around it. They can do it but give you this line about "the computer doesn't know your car...." It's not a big deal. Camber is going to be off the oem spec but as long as it's balanced you should be fine. Get them to set it with just a touch of toe in. You might have tire wear issues with 17's if you don't spin the tires you may not. Spec V's have 17's and they are far more camber sensitive then my car with 15's. Before you take the car in make sure you manually pull as much camber out of the car as possible. Get a friend to help. Grab the top of the brake rotor and pull it toward you while pushing the bottom away from you. Then get your friend to thighten the bolts to hold it in place to keep it from slipping. Good luck with it.
