the important thing is that you and everyone involved walks away from the accident. There are a lot worse things in life than damage to a car. Not trying to deminish the significance of it, I just hope that at least no one got hurt. That would be a really bad day.

Forget that car! I know you love it, hell, I think I love it but cars come and go. This is your chance to start a new project and build somthing else you have "always wanted". Trust me, I've wrecked a few nice cars and after the 2nd total, it gets real easy to walk away. Remember, they are just machines.
