1) Go buy a Desert Eagle & Some Ammo
2) Load up the clip
3) Find your friend
4) take clip out
5) Throw it in the air toward friend to catch
6) While friend trying to catch, Gun-Butt his Nuts... repeat

Holy sh*t... do you have vicarious liability? I was just talking to my girlfriend... she works at enterprise and they deal with insurance all the time... but I hope that NY isn't a state where that is in effect. I believe with vicarious liability, no matter who is driving the car, the owner has to have full coverage...
Seriously, your friend better pay for that sh*t, or get ready to take him to court. Nothing will pay for the sentimental value... but that thing is totalled.
