Yeah, like i said the RS is a work in progress. right now its actually up one jack stands waiting for new front axles, a new steering rack, new rotors, struts, coilovers, an exhaust and wheels.
but thats it..

the money shot(i didnt paint the valve cover that john deere yellow, and it will be repainted i promise)
i actually own two impulses, the others an immaculate XS, but im going to cannabalize it for the RS. most of the body panels are already gone
ive already taken the trunk lid, front left fender, eyelids, bumper and gauge cluster. soon many other parts will be taken like the tail lights and maybe even the hood. the engine is in great shape, still runs and starts up without a hitch, Note the only problem this car had when i bought it was a hole in the exhaust and rusted side skirts.

heres the RS now
im not gonna put the bumper on till the axles and steering rack are done. then itll be towed over to another mechanic who will hook it up with a custom exhaust and fix the valves. then it gets sanded and prepped for paint, which will be a gorgeous black/lilac pearl mix, so its got a slight purple hue in the sun. BANGIN!
