SE-R project pics

I played with the SE-R a little today. I'm going to do the brakes on it tomorrow morning. I've got new rotors and Axxis Ultimate all around for it as well as some ATE Super blue. I jacked it up, set it on jackstands and messed with it a little. Took the bumper off because I'm planning on a DIY home spray because anything will look better than it does now. I can't believe how much the bumper beams weigh! It may or may not go back in.

The funny story is I decided to change the fuel filter before all of this. For some reason I neglected to change it when I bought the car and did the swap. Anyways, my idle hasn't been that good especially lately. I changed it and now the car idles great. After driving it felt like I unleashed a hidden 10-20 hp!!! :o The car spins the Azenis in 2nd gear hard. Check out the pic after we broke open the old filter

HKS POWA!

Thanks for looking at my beater.

That red chair sticks out! I thought it was part of this whole pic thing but in the end I see a car that will have much work done to it. I'm in the same boat. Had my brakes done at a shop today, nx2k's up front with new rotors from napa and pads from napa (tru-stop ceramix) the rears got new rotors and a set of used rear calipers with used pads however they are better than the stock ones that were on there. So, good luck and post more pics.

Yes it does. I love that chair it's so comfy and adjusts up/down. It's a Craftsman I got for Christmas a couple years ago.

Thanks, I'm pretty excited about fixing it up.
