i drove to atlanta and picked this up yesterday. i'm super stoked, it rides great aside from the flat spots in one of my front tire, the interior is immaculate, and under the hood doesn't look too bad either.
looking inadequate next to my neighbors' benzy
i'm sooo happy i'm driving a b series again, i was driving a p10 for a couple of months and it just wasn't as fun. i guess the first thing i need to do is get the supsension worked out, i'm torn between waiting for someone selling some hyperco or waiting and saving up for some tein ss, as i haven't been able to locate any b13 basics. i'm going to cut my low port intake and try to make it fit, i also have a b&m shifter from my b14. i guess i'll try to get the trim painted also.
/\/\ awesome, i might have to jump on that. first i have to get a tag for the car, which should cost about $200, because the guy i bought it from wrote the actual price of the sale. hope i can get the cash in time.
I still think they look funny, but I love mine more than I ever loved my SE-R's. If you told me I would have said that a few years ago, I wouldn't have believed it.
/\/\ we were just talking about how funny the front end looks. it needs a lip. i have b14 seats that i'm going to throw in, at first i liked the seats but they kinda hurt my back. i really want adjustability in the suspension, but i have heard great things about the hyercos, so i figure they are worth a shot.
Munkey, i bought it from a ukrainian guy named alex, he live off of i85 north on some road, but i can't remember the name.
i found some SEM paint that works on vinyl, plastic, and other sh*t, i think i'm going to use it to paint the molding, the two tone has got to go. i never noticed the difference between a 91-92 and a 93 untill stratton pointed it out.
Hyperco's ROCK, hold out for them, you won't regret it.
Looks like he put on some white-face guages and a different shift knob as well. On the plus side you got an actual arm-rest padded section! It was one of the first "mods" I bought, still have it to this day - although it has now developed a little crack in the vinyl where my elbow goes.
If you have long arms and/or don't want that elbow pad I'll take dibs on it.

nice...you bought this from Vlad....they just swapped a jdm SR in it....very nice buy....
yeah, he said he had a son that was near 7 feet tall, and that he drove an nx also, i was like . when i talked to him on the phone i knew i was going to buy the car, because ukrainians always do their sh*t up right, or is so my experience. i'm kinda drunk, sorry about the generalizations about ukies.
I still think they look funny, but I love mine more than I ever loved my SE-R's. If you told me I would have said that a few years ago, I wouldn't have believed it.
Besides, we all know NX's are the superior B13.
C
Bah!!! To you and Stratton.
I did not notice the NX winning that little Car & Driver Top 10 award any year it was produced. However, the Classic won all four years of production.
Plus the three-box styling of the Classic is dead freakin' sexy.
On a side note, why do B14 wheels look better on B13's?
Sweet ride Jeff, just don't be thinkin' there is any superiority in eggdom.
