Finally got an SR20'd car! v.P10 *pics*

Well, I finally picked my new P10 up from Member TCTXSR20DE.

Aside from a Strechetd out clutch cable (fixed it today using brass reducer), the car is in great mechanical condition

Handles amazing, grabs well, and is insanely comfortable...

I couldnt be happier spending $3500 any other way.

Anyhoo... onto the pics I snapped today;

After a fresh wash....

Here is a vauge pics of the Reducer I used to bring my clutch cable in a bit.... Best $1 fix Ive ever had. Brought my friction point right off the floor where I wanted it.

And my pretty fresh sprayed valve cover (considering I got 3 of them with the car, I had to paint one today!) Its a shame that a fu*king little bug fly onto the cover and caused a chunk in the paint right in the front.... Happened right as I was spraying my final layer of clear :

I plan on using a sanding block to get the letters that machined look, and installing it tommorow if the paint is cured enough.

VC gaskets are relatively reusable, no?

Plenty more pics to come tommorow as I plan on relocating the battery, and possibly making a CAI pipe

I absolutely hate the Exhaust setup. It looks and performs great, but sounds like ricey garbage for daily driving.

SSAC header, TP, 2.5in VRS exhaust no resonator = Harsh for a mild na DD.

I might just add a muffler in teh piping too.... Im not sure yet.

Its called Duplicolor "Metalicast" in Red. Its puts a heavy metallic flake on with a light enamel tint. I used a flat red basecoat (Duplicolor CHerry Pearl) before spraying the Metalicast stuff. Finished her off with about 5 coats of clear Turned out great.

Heres pics of the finished product... ALongside a "Chameleon" metalicast color which looks insanely awesome in the sunlight. The pic simply does it no justice. I just cant decide which one to put on!

The Red cover just has a reflection on it which makes it looked smudged.

Are those P11 wheels on it? They look great in that color.
