Well, not sure on the sound difference really because of my loud a$$ exhaust. But
I am sure there is some gain in performance seeing how the airflow is smoother now.

Well the fog lights were falling out when I bought the thing so I just removed them. The tail lights I modified, not sure what you meant? The springs are on there way.
