So the old girl clocked 150k on friday. Many of you know my car probably because it is one of the few sierra pine B14s on the forum.
Over the last 3.5 years that I have owned this car, it was been nothing short of a pleasure to own. The only major problems I had were the clutch release lever breaking, and the alternator failing. The release lever breaking gave me an excuse to put in an aftermarket clutch, and the alternator wasn't a difficult repair. Other than a couple of those quirky common problems (EVAP issue, blower resistor

), all I've done is tune ups, brakes, and oil changes.
This car sees redline multiple times on a daily basis and has never hicupped. Its not that fast, but I get enjoyment out of driving it every day. The exterior has taken a beating over time, and she isnt as pleasing to the eye as she once was, but I have no complaints since shes a daily driver. If I have my way, I am never going to get rid of her.
Here are some pics from her past....(for some reason i cant seem to find any when she was in 4x4 mode, but ill post what i have)
first day on the teins (on winter tires, it was december)

a little later down the road

added ss brake lines and carbotech pads (i really miss those pads, but they wear out so fast

)

i think these are summer of 05 (i had been pulled over for my tints being too dark, so i had the side windows redone at 40%)

engine shot. the only mods i have are hs intake and header, UR 2pc pulley set, 91 intake cam, and exedy stage 1 clutch. I had a greddy sp exhaust at one point, but the cops didn't want me to have it, so it was sold

the winter setup

and this is how she sits today
I'm not sure what the future holds for her, but I hope its many more years of reliable service. I've pondered over whether or not to modify it further, and I still may, but at this point in time, I have bigger things to worry about, so she will probably stay as is at least until next summer.
thanks for looking
