back in controll of an SR20

not been on in a while i came on ages ago as i was in the process of putting an SR20 in a micra and wanted some questoins answerd.. but following a run of micras im now in controll of an almera GTi phase 1 so i thought i would say hi and put some pics up of her

here how she was when i picked her up no 3 days ago







completly standard done 64K and absolutly not a spot of rust on her interior is like new aswell it even smells nice

but today i have stuck an induction kit on and im getting a full exhuast and manifold.. cleaned up the car today with a mates help its mirror finish thats without waxing it :S oh and de-badged it apart from the gti badge cos im a red badge whore









just looking at getting one of these :-



with a de-cat and straight pipe to a fujibuso/trust style of back box



should sound nice

and 5 mins ago orderd a set of these 17" with toyo tyres £660 deliverd to my door

got the paint tins out today and got spraying metalic blue anybody??





did the strut brace ends aswell as it just makes the difference

oh and screw the VIP lucky charms i got my own UKDM Yo! version

nissan using renault chassis is crap i would pay for that n15 to be new here.

Those Almeras are she shiz. Caught a few pics of them when I was in Wales, as for the SR powered Micra, sounds like the K20 powered Honda Fits (Jazz to you, mate) that are gaining popularity here.

That's such an nice car. I wonder why nissan never bought it to the states, it would've been an instant hit. I would kill for that front bumper and support!! Good luck with the upgrades.

because we are the states... and as far as cars vehicles concerned.... we're to involved w/ (insert smart comment about the US trying to make an RV/wagon/hatchback/tour-bus/truck/49,000 star crash rating/compact/minivan/big engine but yet emission friendly gas sipper ---- car all in one).

these just turned up today in the mail the exhuast manifold is sweet not the best welding iv seen that was a freinds full race pulsar one i imported for him, but for £145 to my door all in with gasgets its spot on plus its 2.5" at the main part.. the tailpipe is 4.5 inch fills the almera apature nicely..

fitted manifold today was a pain to start with but went on alright and before anyone says i know there are 2 bolts missing they need grinding down to fit properly.. seems to pull abit better in the lower gears will have to see what ita like with a full exhaust and have her dyno'd

really needs 25mm spacers on the rear i think and ill be abit better couple more pics messing with fire

You are right, that thing is on fire! I would of color matched the valve cover to the exterior.

Does anyone know the process of importing these cars into USA?
