Not hating the hood, not really digging it either.

Minor aesthetics aside, I love it.

Kick-ass suspension, VE, BABK....bueno.
It needs to be seen in person Shawn. The hood looks good on the car and like others have said its functional. The car also sits just so right now.

I painted them. Whatever Kosei uses for primer is tough stuff. I just used the graphite paint from Duplicolor - that way I can always change it later. I have the center caps, but I didn't install them yet. Oh, and they are 15" K1's. +38 offset.

The hood was purchased for the hood temp issue, weight, and maybe just a little bit of "I want one" factor. I might do something to it to reduce the amount of CF that is visible, but I'm on the fence for that.

Thanks for the words guys. I've got about 4 years into it, and I'm not going to mention the money. Calum RT should arrive soon, and then I can move onto making a little more power.

I hear ya' Matt. Lots of times things look different in person.

I keep looking at the pics, the hoods not "screaming" at me or anything. It's just a bit over the top for my conservative car tastes in a DD. I also realize this is Fosters track car.

I'd probably like the hood better painted to match. I never liked "exposed carbon fiber" body panels, which mostly applies to hoods.

Again, I am nit-picking aesthetics. It's a track vehicle, and really if a giant aluminum wing helped you get around the track quicker, so be it. When racing, function flat-out owns any sort of cosmetics.

Painted hood or exposed CF, the car rocks, plain and simple.
