Money tourtures me!!!

Hi, last year I bought 94 Setnra (limited eddition) 4-dr 1.6L engine. Original paint Grey Metallic, 5sp manual transmission, power windows and mirrors. It has 116,000 miles on it but it runs very well and tops at 110 mph with this engine quite easily. I paid $900 for it. The engine is in very good condition since oil stays clean from change to change, and the original owner, who sold me this car, swore that he put only Mobil 1 synthetic in it....

Anyways, the car is 100% original, except for Pep-boys wheels that I bought for $800 (big mistake!) and sold them for $400 1 week later.

To make long story short, I got extra $10,000 in savings that I don’t know what to do with. I have good hands and I want spend that money on this car and do everything by myself. But I am hesitating to start doing this project because $10k is $10k and I can buy a decent ride, but still I don’t know....

10k. I would put that money in a liquid savings account. Something that would make that money grow!! A car is a lose lose investment and an addiction I would not start.

Hi, sorry for being stupid - I think you are good people. I realized that I just want to have fun with this car and maybe invent new mods for you. So wait until I finish and then we will talk again. I set my mind, this car is good for me for a few reasons:

1) It is good for hiding from debts, because everyone thinks that you don’t have money.
2) Cheap to repair in case of an accident.
3) 4-door is better for insurance, and it is more comfortable for me than 2-door.
4) IT does not draw attention of thieves so you can put something very expensive in it.
5) It has everything that I need: AC, power windows, and Graphite color.

here here! that is sound advice

i can tell you now if i have 10g's in the bank i wouldnt be driving a b13.............id have a nice toyota camry. living up life, nice appartment, or put a down payment on a small house..........start fixing it up then sell it and get a nicer house.

invest in a car and youll never see that money again. invest in a house and your money can double.

I guess, I am not a kind of person that likes to invest and wait. I have to waste money, so that I have stimulus to work. One day I hope to get a million $$$ from somewhere and it all should balance out.

Don't listen to these jerks. I think you should spend the whole $10,000 on cosmetics, then max out as many credit cards as you can to fund the engine build.
