thanks man! and like you, the shivers were sadly gone by the time i finally got mine turbo'd. by then i had driven a few boosted cars that were much faster than mine (rb25 240, t4 NX, etc) but im still lovin it every time im in boost

im looking through your thread right now, and im jealous. i really want to do a full build on my own engine instead of everyone else's.

good luck with the rest of your build

i hear ya there!
the turbo im going to be runnin is from an s13 also. instead of recloclocking and replacing the pipes, im just going to hack off the intake bend for an air filter and set up for blow through to solve that issue! haha

thats exactly what i did. im just not running a filter. ive got this mesh material over mine. and im running blow through and LOVE IT!

im sure some of my intercooler piping is leaking but it doesnt matter because its all in front of the maf.

the gayest thing about using the s13 mani and turbo is the hot side intercooler pipe. its a pain to try to squeeze without hitting the radiator

and also the exhaust. i think its impossible to get the exhaust back under the turbo and into the stock location. also, i couldnt get the stock s13 j pipe to fit, it cam down on my front motor mount. it was close, but wouldnt fit. thats why i am running the divorced down pipe. i had to make my own flange and start fresh from there.

good luck boosting yours man!

and dont forget to take the line from the VC to the intake off!!!

ill try to get some under hood pics of what it looks like so you know what im talking about with the hot side pipe, exhaust and vacuum hose.

I got a spare u13 mani if you want it. will sell it pretty cheap. Also got a blown u13 t25 you could probably replace the sides with yours and have a good turbo and run it right lol
