oh totally fixable. if it was mine i would straighten most of it out myself and get a new fender, hood and bumper and throw em on.

UPDATE
well i got sick of my hondatard friends making fun of my "urban camo" paint job..
and after having to spend all the money i saved up for the paint job on a reckless ticket, i had to do something..
and my friend brian and i have been communicating for the last few months about doing some art on my hood..
here are the updates: (fyi: all pics where taken in about half hour, fu*k washington)
i need to put a few more coats on, but i had to put it back together for now *** its my DD
i also plan on taking strats idea and wet sanding it to get rid of the tiger stripes and smooth it out
and i need to paint a tad of the fender to give it a line between the bottom of the a pillar and the hood/bottom of rear bumper
what do u think?!
and yes, one day it will get painted

i think it looks pretty good, do with what ya can... you should consider the 50$ paintjob I have seen it in real life, it does wonders
other then that I would get a set of gc's and agx's and a set of wheels and call it a day
