Last night I was driving down rt. 83 in Vernon CT. was approaching a intersection and a black truck with its lights off swerves over into my lanes and slams into me (he was arrested at the scene the police said he was intoxicated) ................the car is finished....heres some pics of it before and earlier in the day, and then the car later on.....

i saw the whole thing happen last night. i'm still in disbelief. you were very lucky to get out of that with no serious injuries. on another note, you got to put your head between that hot medics legs.

Im his brother and i was about 5-6 car lengths back, the impact was so hard the car looked like it got thrown like a rag, It had to of been one of the scariest things i've ever seen, didnt think my brother made it ....im just happy him and his buddys walked away, as i told him, the car is just a peice of metal that can be replaced, the driver of the truck was trying to leave the scene, screaming and cursing histarically in his truck, he got out at one point and stumbed everywhere, he deff was cocked off his ass, i cant wait til he gets his ass sued!
I still am in shock and cant beileve what happened to this clean ass car, it feels weird not seein it parked near my car in the garage now , atleast there were some good memories and decent amount of kills

The best is that youre ok, this is just a car and can be replaced but your life not. I hope you put that drunk in jail. the scariest thing is the door man, the outside part of the door is not there. I hope you get well soon.
when i read the description of the accident then saw the first pic, i said "awwww" outloud in fear of the pics to come. then i said "AWWWW" outloud again. then the pics of you all wrapped up....i hope you make a thorough recovery!
