Not a bad buy; surprisingly it seems to keep it's book value very well. I purchased mine in 2003 with the exact same amount of miles 107xxx, despite living in Canada, the car was from TN and thankfully had little to no rust. I paid $1800 and had to get an Affidavit signed and stamped due to the value at the time being $3700, motor vehicle registration wouldn't let me transfer it into my name otherwise. Both axles had to be replaced and no 2nd gear - the latter I'm going to fix in a few weeks hopefully but I'm an expert at driving from 1st - 3rd.
