Project Daily Driver: Sentra E

Hello guys, this is my new project, its going to be my daily driver.

A little history of this car. 1993 Sentra E
This car was bought new by my Dad in 93', he had this car in mint condition and then in 99' sold it to my Grandfather with less than 60k miles. My grandfather doesn't take care of the car and beat up the car pretty hard. And now he bought another car and gave me the sentra (for free ) with 150k miles.

The car needs to be washed, but Ive installed new front and rear bumpers, newly upholstered sun visors, repainted hubcaps, realigned grille and headlights, new terminals, new distributor cap, fuel filter. Bought a sony receiver and speakers (needs to be installed)

this car still needs new struts, passenger side mirror, driver side door panel, trunk carpet, new antenna, a new muffler, remove the air box and install a cone filter and the doors needs to be realigned.

then I want to do some suspension , install B14 rims, and tsuru headlights.

let me know what do you guys think about the car??

thanks

Some pics of the car:

Good start for a daily driver. Cant beat free! I'd lose the louvres.

thanks guys, and yeah I want to lose the window louvers, I wish this car was 5 speed, and converting it to manual its going to be pricey.

I was thinking to keep the stock headlights and put a sunny grille with amber corners, what do you think guys???

I would first concentrate on maintenance. Do a full tune up, change fluids, check brakes, etc.

Then apperance. Sunny and amber corners would look good. Fresh coat of paint. Try and piece together any missing parts/panels and definitely track down that leak in the trunk.

From there you can upgrade brakes and suspension.

after 2 hours of cleaning the interior it looks like this.

removed the seat cover, and look the seats are mint.

still needs to find the driver side door panel.
