my new dd

well i sold my 98 se and picked up my new ride this past weekend. i wanted something with more room, an auto and newer without having to worry about having it breaking down or another engine to replace.

here it is : 09 scion xb in blackberry cherry, more like a dark burgandy. love it so far. has plenty of room and has pretty good pickup. has the 2.4L camry motor, and it has a timing chain, so i wouldnt have to worry too much of it breaking. got the front windows tinted today. some new wheels this week. will be getting some 6k hids and possible a tv/dvd for the kids. foglights are on backorder, so eventually they will be on. not much more than that since this is my dd/work car.

nice practical DD. ive toyed with the idea of buying an older xB as a daily since it would be nice to have something with the ability to haul some DJ equipment around. as i get older, i start to care less and less about what a car looks like, or what other people think. im not a huge fan of the design, but it just seems so practical.
