Finally finished my other lil (non-sr20) project car that I have been keepin in the back of the garage and no one knew about since day 1. But it's time for her to make her apperance. It's just a 87' FC RX7 Hybrid...One Hell of a Hybrid. Say hello to ¥Hybrid Motorsports$ Car: #001

Here she is...

Not a bad body for a 87'.

Not much to look at...but serves it's purpose.

Just a few more minor things to complete the inside....

Fuel cell...check...just need a roll cage and a few odds and ends to finish it out...

What kind of engine would need a fuel pump like that? And that exhaust? The only clues to be seen.

Yeah...that would need it...

I just saw something similar like that today!

I think it's an '89 with a Firebird V8. Owner's name is Hal and is regularly getting fastest lap awards...

Very nice!!! The only way to make these cars reliable and fun is to ditch the rotary, sad to say. Anything is better in the long run than that thing.

Nice swap. i would of gone with an LS7,need to fix the muffler fuel pump combo if ya know what i mean,fiiiirrrreeee.....
