Not the best but she runs hard!!
This is what a GT30R does to stock axles when you have Drag Radials ....
Fukk me are you serious?! You're running an LSD tranny, right? Knock on wood I haven't had issues with my axles yet, but I haven't really DRIVEN the car, IYKWIM...
Wow looks like you really put some top notch effort into your project. I have to give you props, that is one impecable job both mechanically and aesthetically. Keep it up!
680s and a JWT (I know, Im looking at my options as to what to do next with the ECU. Maybe AEM, or microtech, I dont know yet) Im trying to get it to the dyno to get a base run. Then I'll play around with the boost.
Badass. That thing looks like it will eat small children and ask for seconds.
Haha, yea its a pretty big snail man. That turbo has a 4" inlet. I'm eventually gonna get a 4" pipe and put on my HKS mushroom filter I got. That comes off when I go to the track though.
After the GT30, i cant imagine going back to a t28. These motors need bigger turbos than they come with factory. Thats if you want to go fast that is. Hopefully by early Feb. I'll get some numbers to show you guys
Yea right! and spend $1,300. on axles? I got Raxles for $400. They're re-enforced and quality. For the DSS axles you have to send in your old ones and wait like two weeks for them to fabricate new ones. They take your old CV and temper them and they weld thicker shafts on them. The new shafts come with a larger CV so it also comes with diffrent hubs. I just called up Raxles in gainesville and had the new axles here the next day and just sent the old ones back. Alot of people have used raxles on this forum and I've heard nothing but good things. Mine hold up nicely!
