Damn I love hatches, everytime I see a pulsar I wish we could have them over here. Does it have a SR20DE in it?

Ill do you a favor and repost them for future viewers. BTW - Im lovin that car. Wish we could get some of those in the states. Nissan needs a good hatch over here to do battle with EG6s and EK9s and whatever the new si crap is.

thanx nizzan4u2nv.. i didnt want to post them that way cause i thought the forum managers dont want big pics...

SR20steve,
yes, it has a SR20DE in it... with K&N Filter. Ok guys i need your help, this is my lil baby project car. i dont want to turbo it. i was thinking about headers, and ignition for it.... What are basic mods that i can do?

Another thing i forgot to add is that it really SUCKS to get parts for my car here in eutope. they're not only rediculy expensive (cause the euro) but also the mods are hard to find. So i decided to order them from the US. should i look for parts under "Pulsar or Sentra"? lets say a short shifter which should i buy, i mean for a Sentra or Pulsar?

FOr a short shifter from the States, look under Sentra with an SR20DE engine.
They are all the same and they will work just fine in your Sunny.

It does in mine!

No problem.

I have one of those cheap ones from eBay and it wirks like a charm. By the way, all short shifters for SR20DE Sentras from 1991-1999 will work in our cars.

know, I got over it by shipping to a friend in the US who brought it t me...

You can try though the following:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ategory=67 63

Not as cheap as some but for US$50 I assume it can be at your door.

It's been a while and I could have gathered tons of info on this and other forums about my car and the mighty SR20.

I have come to a conclussion that in order to really tune an engine (any engine for that matter) the base should be a solid one. Therefore i have decided to overhaul the SR20 and make the bottom end as solid as possible.

I am talking with an company here in NL which is used to overhaul SR20DE's en SR20DET (for the R) to rebuild my highport. hopefully January 2006 the rebuild will begin. This month the car will go to a body shop to get rid of the rust.

I will keep you guys posted....

Why do you need to have the bottom end worked on at all? Do you plan on running over 400hp?
